The Highlands Council is currently accepting written public comments on a proposed Highlands Redevelopment Area Designation in Mount Olive Township. The Highlands Council Staff Review of the proposal along with the public notice announcing the public comment period are below. Written public comments are being accepted through July 16, 2025. Please see public notice for instructions regarding submission of comments. At this time, it is anticipated that the Highlands Council will hold a public hearing on this review at its regular meeting on Thursday, August 21.
